The Shady Oak Tough 10k is a road race from the Shady Oak Pub, situated
on the Long Hill road between Whaley Bridge & Buxton (A5004). The course
is a very scenic and testing single lap measured route on quiet country
lanes with a section of 1750m on rough track.

Entry fees are £4 for attached runners and £6 for unattached. £1 extra
will be charged for entries on the night.
